Krish Govender
Senior Consultant: Civil Engineering  & Project Management

Krish is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP) with PMI and has over 32 years’ experience in project management. His experience covers all aspects of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management (EPCM) of major high value turnkey projects including the Lower Thukela Bulk Water Supply Scheme valued at R1.3billion. He has further leading up to the LTBWSS project worked on a 17km steel pipeline ranging between 800mm and 1000mm diameter. The project included a steel pipe bridge over the Mvoti River as well as a booster Pump station. He is a focused and experienced individual focusing on key attributes of the project life cycle and deliverables.

Having worked with Umgeni Water for over 30 years Krish is well versed with high level of standards that are required and expected within the water industry and brings with him the skill sets required to meet these high quality expectations through his personal hands on experience.

Julius Katzke
Senior Consultant: Civil Engineering & Project Management

Julius is a registered professional engineer with ECSA, member of SAICE and also an Associate Member of the SA Association of Arbitrators with over 41years’ experience in civil engineering, project management and business development. He started his career as a Site engineer with Concor and went on to spend time as a Distribution Engineer for Shell Oil in Namibia before taking further responsibilities as a contracts manager on various contracts throughout the country and abroad. He further took up more responsibilities and Julius’s other senior management roles have been with Africon Engineering and Bigen Africa.

His experience also covers all aspects of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management; (EPCM) of multi-million rand turnkey projects. His career has seen him manage turnkey projects Southern Africa and South Africa including the Lower Thukela Bulk Water Supply Scheme in the engineering sector. Julius also believes in professional development and mentors young engineers through the professional development cycle.
